Aircraft Spirals Uncontrollably into Palm Trees at Frequented Southern California Shoreline
An aircraft flying over a well-attended southern California shoreline abruptly started spinning out of control, ultimately dropping height and crashing into a line of palm trees as onlookers watched.
Videos posted online depict the chopper beginning to twirl near the beach then falling towards the edge of the beach, where it ends up lodged amidst palm groves and a steps near the Pacific Coast highway.
First Aid Information
The Huntington Beach fire department stated five individuals were transported to a medical facility comprising two individuals who were in the chopper and were “extracted safely from the crash site” subsequent to the crash on that day.
Three persons on the road were hurt. Information on their condition were not yet released.
The reason for the accident was still under investigation.

Authorities indicated the helicopter was associated with an regular “Cars N Copters” fundraising event scheduled for Sunday.
